3 simple and delicious pancake recipes for Shrovetide

Banana pancakes with blueberries for breakfast

Banana pancakes with blueberries for breakfastWe need (for 4 servings):

  • 3 ripe bananas (everyone remembers how they look ?!)
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g coconut shavings
  • 50 g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1-2 Art. l. flour (I usually use just milled oatmeal)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp oils (ideally gi butter or coconut, is everywhere)

Start cooking:

  1. We clean the bananas, fry them in a blender, or simply knead them with a fork into porridge.
  2. Separately, beat the eggs in a thick foam and combine with bananas. Stirring.
  3. Add cinnamon, berries (if you use frozen berries, do not forget to unfreeze them) and coconut shavings. And if the dough suddenly seems too liquid to you - also flour.
  4. Heat the oil in a pancake pan and bake a banana-berry mass as usualpancakes
  5. Serve with fresh berries and, for example, Greek yogurt.

Buckwheat pancakes with fresh salad for lunch

Buckwheat pancakes with fresh salad for lunch

We need (for 4 servings):

  • 250 g buckwheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 ml of milk (I always have rice or almond - this is much more useful, believe me)
  • 200 ml of water (maybe more, maybe less)
  • 1 tbsp. l. oil + some more for frying
  • a pinch of salt (I do not put)

Start cooking:

  1. Whisk eggs with salt (if used) and half water.
  2. Parts add flour and milk, constantly beating to get rid of lumps. Last pour in the oil, mix and leave for 7-10 minutes.
  3. We bake pancakes on a well heated, oiled pan.
  4. Serve with green salad and, for example, red fish.

We need (for 4 servings):

  • 125 g flour (better chickpea)
  • 40 grams of rice flour
  • 1 tsp ground saffron, turmeric or curry
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 250 ml of water
  • cooking oil

Start cooking:

  1. We combine two types of flour, add spices.
  2. Gradually pour in the water, stirring continuously (the dough should be sufficiently liquid).
  3. Pancakes are fried very quickly, so be careful.
  4. Served with your favorite savory toppings.
