Chebureks with meat
You will need
- For the dough: 5 cups of wheat flour, 0.5 cups of water, 0.5 tsp. Of salt.

Salt dissolve in half glass of water. Add flour to the salted water and knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Meat mince and mix. Peel the onions, chop finely and combine with the minced meat.
Mince salt, pepper and add 2 tablespoons of water. Knead the stuffing well.
Dough thinly roll out and cut circles with a diameter of approximately 15 centimeters.
On one half of the tortilla, put a little stuffing and cover with the other half of the tortilla, connect the edges well.
