Chocolate curd

You will need
  • - cottage cheese - 250 grams;
  • - chocolate - 100 grams;
  • - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - fruit for the filling (choose at your discretion).
Melt chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Using a silicone brush, brush with chocolate molds. You don�t need to regret chocolate - let the layers turn out to be thicker! Put the molds in the freezer.
Prepare the curd filling. Mix the curd with sugar until smooth (use a blender).
Crush selected fruits (for example, cherry and kiwi fruit - a good combination).
Remove the molds from the freezer, fill with stuffing, alternately spreading the fruit and sweet curd. The filling should reach almost to the edge of the molds. Pour chocolate on top, smooth it, put it in the freezer.
