Homemade nut-chocolate paste

Homemade nut-chocolate pasteis a recipe.


  1. hazelnut 300 gr;
  2. almonds 70 grams;
  3. cocoa powder 1/4 cup;
  4. honey 1/4 cup;
  5. coconut oil 1 tbsp. l.;
  6. salt 1 pinch;
  7. milk 1/2 cup.


Preheat oven to 1750C. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the hazelnuts brown.

We put the roasted nuts on a kitchen towel and rub them to remove the skin.

In a blender, grind warm nuts to a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until a homogeneous cream mass. Keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
