How to cook a cherry cake with crumb
You will need
- Flour baby:
- - 2/3 Art. flour;
- - 1/2 ct. Sahara;
- - 100 g butter;
- - a pinch of salt.
- Sweet cherry cake:
- - 250 g sweet cherries;
- - 1 tbsp. milk;
- - 1/2 tsp soda;
- - 2/3 Art. Sahara;
- - 480 ml of flour;
- - 1 tsp. baking powder;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 85 g butter.
Start by making flour crumbs. Remember that all butter should be cold, so before cooking it is necessary to keep it for about an hour in the freezer. Then it should be cut into cubes (you can even do it right away and freeze even small pieces) and send it to the combine with the rest of the ingredients. Turn everything into a crumb, pour it into a bowl and put it in the fridge during the preparation of the cake.
Eggs and butter for making a cake should be at room temperature, so get them out of the refrigerator beforehand.

Mix flour with soda and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar into a light cream. Add one egg and beat after each at maximum speed.
Pour the flour mixture and milk in 3 stages, alternating between each other and beating each time at the minimum speed. Add the purified cherry and gently mix with a spatula so as not to break the berries.
Pour the dough into a mold and sprinkle with chilled streysel. Bake a cupcake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool completely and then serve!
