Making Power Bank do it yourself

First of all, I started making a battery for the future Power Bank, I made contacts from a copper bus. The capacity of the batteries is about 2000 mAh.

Next, I connected two batteries in parallel with each other using bus segments, but note that it is not advisable to solder batteries, this should be done with a powerful soldering iron and very quickly so that they do not managed to heat up. When connecting the batteries, the voltage on both must be the same (4.2 volts), but it's best to charge them separately, and then solder to the battery.
Power Bank with my own hands
As an enclosure I used an old doorbell, from which I first pulled out all the electronics, and I deleted the unnecessary projecting elements using pliers.

Next, I installed USB into the place where the switch from the call had previously been built using super glue and soda.
Power Bank with my own hands
I used the same method to install a switch next to USB. Power Bank with my own hands
The minus battery I soldered to the minus of the converter, the wires take a preferably thick section, because the currents here will be from 1 to 3 amperes, depending on what you charge .

The same way soldered the positive wire, the breaker connected the break.

Next, I set the converter to the desired voltage, this voltage should fluctuate in 5.2 to 5.5 volts. When setting up, the batteries must be fully charged.

With the help of a soldering iron, I made a hole under the charging controller.
Power Bank with your own hands
I myself glued the controller to super glue and soda, why soda, yes because glue soda forms a durable polymer.

I will install the batteries using double-sided tape.

I installed the converter next to the controller, and also glued it to glue and soda.

Then I soldered wires To the output of the converter, and soldered them to USB at the extreme contacts, the contacts that are in the middle I locked them together, this is necessary so that the phone does not take the Power Bank for a computer and does not charge 500 mAh.

I soldered the plus wire from the controller to one contact of the switch, and minus to the input of the converter.

From a piece of plastic, I cut a lens for the LED and set it between the switch and usb.

I used a green LED to indicate the operation of the Power Bank, which I pasted into the lens.

It is impossible to connect the LED directly, because it burns instantly, and I connected it through a 100 Ohm resistor, using thin wires, connected it to minus and plus.

It’s not a bad light to indicate, we can say that it is IDEAL.

For reliability, I poured the contacts on the LED with thermo glue.

Result

Well, that's it, the Power Bank is ready for further use.

The Power Bank itself can be painted or glued with artificial leather, but I did it differently, I glued the case with self-adhesive camouflage tape, that doesn't look bad at all.
