Spaghetti carbonara

You will need
  • - spaghetti - 250 g;
  • - bacon - 4-6 pieces;
  • - Shallot or onion - 1 pc .;
  • - garlic - 2 slices;
  • - chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • - cream of 10% - 150 ml;
  • - Parmesan cheese - 40 g;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste.
Set the pan on the fire with water, heat it to a boil. Salt the water and put spaghetti in it. Boil until al dente, meaning spaghetti is ready. Translated from Italian “to the tooth”, and in the simple sense - when biting, the tooth feels some resistance to spaghetti, i.e. There is a little hardness. Rinse the spaghetti with running water, put it back in the pan.
Chop the bacon, peel the onion and garlic cloves, chop. In a pan, fry bacon pieces with onion and garlic. If the bacon is not enough fat, add the oil.
Wash eggs and break into a cup, whisk lightly with a whisk or fork. Add grated parmesan in the amount of 20 grams and cream, do not forget about pepper and salt. Whisk all products again.
Fold the fried bacon with onions and garlic in hot pasta. Pour egg mixture, mix. Serve hot on the table, rub the remaining cheese and sprinkle on the dish.
