1. CHIP ON KEFIR

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 pcs. boiled potatoes
  • a small bunch of radish,
  • 2-3 fresh cucumbers,
  • 5 chicken eggs (boiled),
  • 70 g green onions,
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • 1 tbsp. mustard french
  • 1 liter of yogurt 2.5% fat,
  • 1 tbsp. boiled chilled water
  • sour cream,
  • salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste).

Cooking:

Radish cut into small plates, cucumbers and potatoes - small cubes. Green onions and dill are chopped and ground with salt. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, cut the whites into cubes, and rub the yolks with mustard.
We take a deep pan and put in it all the prepared foods - radishes, cucumbers, potatoes, egg whites. Fill it all with kefir, pepper and mix. Then add yolks, ground with mustard and onions with greens, ground with salt. Stir again. We try on the salt, if necessary, add salt. If desired, the powder can be diluted with boiled water. We serve okroshka with sour cream.

2. PIECE ON SERUM

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 liters of serum
  • 6-7 uncooked potatoes
  • 9-10 cool eggs
  • 0.5 kg of boiled meat
  • 4-5 medium cucumbers
  • 500 ml of 67% mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • radish - at will and taste
  • citric acid to taste
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

Peel potatoes and eggs, cut into small cubes.
Boiled meat is also cut into small cubes.
Cucumbers cut into small cubes or thin crescents.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add mayonnaise, citric acid, salt and mix well.
Pour the serum, so that the okroshka has turned out to be a density, and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, so that it brews and cools.

3. A WINDOW ON WATER

Ingredients:

  • 3 liters of boiled water from the refrigerator
  • about 1 kg of boiled potatoes
  • 10 steep eggs
  • 700-800 g of boiled beef
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3-4 large cucumbers
  • 300 g of mayonnaise
  • 5 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 large lemon (you can replace 0.5 teaspoons of citric acid)

Cooking:

Cut all the ingredients the way you like - bigger or smaller. If cucumbers gorchat, remove them from the peel.
When you cut the eggs, set aside 2-3 boiled yolks for dressing.
Pound 3 boiled yolks with mustard, add salt (with the expectation of the entire pan) and squeeze the juice of lemon.
Dilute this mixture with a small amount of cold boiled water and pour over the hash, add 200 g of mayonnaise, mix well, add the remaining water, stir again and pour into plates.
Before serving, add a little more mayonnaise to each plate.

4. BULBED SAUSAGE

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of boiled sausage
  • 150 g cucumbers
  • 200 g potato boiled in uniform
  • 4 cool eggs
  • 50 g green onions
  • dill - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • sour cream - to taste
  • 1 l kvass

Cooking:

Potatoes, sausages and cucumbers are cut into cubes, eggs, green onions and dill - finely.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, add salt to taste and pour kvass.
Pour the okroshka on plates, season with sour cream and serve.

5. CUTTER WITH SHRIMPS

Ingredients:

  • 400 g boiled shrimp
  • 4 fresh tomatoes,
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1 lemon juice,
  • 1 bunch of dill,
  • 1 bunch of green onions,
  • 1 packet of mayonnaise,
  • 1.5 liters of drinking cold water,
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

If you use large shrimp, cut them. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes.Greenery is washed, dried and crushed. Eggs are cleaned from the shell and cut into cubes. We send all the prepared products to the pan and dress with mayonnaise, mix, then add freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and water.
